Hello,I am a happy Push+Ableton user.
I was wondering if it is possible to use my Push as a midi controller without having to use Ableton Live.
Apart from producing/remixing I also occasionally work as lightjockey for smaller parties.
For programming/playing my lightshows I use a computer, USB-to-DMX convertor and a Behringer BCF2000 midi controller.
The BCF2000 has enough faders I can assign but I am missing some extra launch buttons on it.
The push has a lot of knobs in matrix-layout.
It would be great if I could use those.
I just don't know how.
Ableton Push Used
I know you can put the PUSH in user-mode/midi in the configuration menu of Ableton Live.![Can You Use Ableton Push With Djay Can You Use Ableton Push With Djay](/uploads/1/2/6/0/126007589/897962203.jpg)
But I don't want to use Live (the laptop I use for lightprogramming does not have Live installed).
